We are looking for a developer/designer to build a high quality job application system. Currently the forms are build in ASP and are several years old. We are interested in having the forms redeveloped (both one page and multi-page, savable), and an admin interface built (for download of files, csv file of applications, view uncompleted apps), in PHP or Ruby on Rails.
