WEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT – Part-Time

Granite Bay Retirement Services in Roseville, California, is looking for an experienced individual to handle administrative and client support.

Responsibilities will include processing brokerage and insurance paperwork, client relations, correspondence, trading/trade blotter review, and data analysis. Series 6 or 7 and Series 66 securities licenses desirable, but not required.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the industry and will be detail-oriented with excellent customer service and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with Laserapp and financial profiles a plus.

Flexible work schedule possible, with 20 hours per week required. The right candidate may have the opportunity to telecommute for part of their workweek.
