• Able to conduct first class accurate research
• Skilled at networking and negotiating with highly respected industry icons
• An innate ability to spot "what's hot" in constantly changing marketplaces
• Comfortable producing events for a variety of industries
• Quick learners who are articulate and enjoy speaking to senior-level people
• Strong writing/computer skills and excellent multi-tasking/organizational abilities
• Proven track record of producing superior content
• Capable of developing content that delivers practical information that attendees can take away and use immediately
You must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Requirements for this position:
• At least 3 years’ experience as a successful conference producer or other content developer
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• First-class communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated individual with ability to proactively grow revenue
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Ability to speak with senior-level executives
