Freelance Audio Conference Producer (Telecommute)

Love research? Great at digging out the most important parts of the subject you’re investigating? Excellent at discovering and connecting with the top experts in a field? Skilled at taking raw research and shaping it into a consumable product?

This freelance, work-from-home opportunity offers flexibility to fit into your schedule, as well as challenging you to develop events that resonate with a market.

You will be responsible for all aspects of event development, from topic generation, to developing the event agenda, landing expert faculty members to present, and hosting the event, as well as coordinating some administrative logistics.

Ideal candidates possess the following qualities:

• Deadline driven, entrepreneurial spirit and willing to work hard

• Able to conduct first class accurate research

• Skilled at networking and negotiating with highly respected industry icons

• An innate ability to spot "what's hot" in constantly changing marketplaces

• Comfortable producing events for a variety of industries

• Quick learners who are articulate and enjoy speaking to senior-level people

• Strong writing/computer skills and excellent multi-tasking/organizational abilities

• Proven track record of producing superior content

• Capable of developing content that delivers practical information that attendees can take away and use immediately

You must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Position has enormous growth potential for the right candidates.

Requirements for this position:
• At least 3 years’ experience as a successful conference producer or other content developer
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• First-class communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated individual with ability to proactively grow revenue
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Ability to speak with senior-level executives
