Jaw-dropping Designer (Anywhere)

We're looking for a kick-ass designer to join our team full-time.

We want somebody who will not only cause our design team to load their pants in fear and awe with every mockup, but is comfortable working with minimal oversight, a clear communicator, and has superb taste that extends into all realms of design (typography, color, etc). You'll have the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes (our clients range from big names like MTV, to small startups) and work alongside a tight-knit team to create beautiful, hyper-usable websites and applications.

We don't care where you're based, when you work, or where you do it from - you just have to be supremely awesome (and use a Mac, ideally).

Unfortunately, we don't have a games room or razor scooters, it's too much of a challenge via FedEx. What we can offer you though, is money, freedom, and equipment.
