XHTML/CSS/Light JS chef with a sharp eye and a sharp knife (Anywhere)

We're looking for an XHTML/CSS slice-n-dicer to work on projects as a part of our team. Could become full-time if you like. You should:

- Write clean, hand-crafted, standards-compliant XHTML and enjoy validating it ruthlessly.

- Have intimate knowledge of CSS, especially of the various cross-browser quirks that exist in rendering. We develop for Safari, Firefox 2 and 3, IE7 and IE6.

- Basic Javascript and some experience with Prototype on projects in the past.

- Rails and ERB template experience

- Photoshop CS3 chops: our files contain hundreds of individual layers

- Obsessive pixel-perfectness when applying all of the above skills

- You're reading this on a mac, right?

Pay is competitive, projects are cool.

Job Perks

Cool people, potential for full time employment, interesting projects, opportunity to learn (a lot). If you're a designer we're interested in seeing your portfolio...
