EDITOR…WORD AND POWERPOINT WIZARD…$25/HOUR (King of Prussia)

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Edit in-house training manuals of medium length (40-60 pages). We need you to link these training manuals to a table of contents using Microsoft Word (with jump links for easy accessibility). We also need to make fonts consistent, cut out redundant language and improve organization.

We also have a PowerPoint recipe file of about 310 slides. We need you to go through this file and make sure all the links are working (back and forth) and put everything in order.

Initial meetings with the owner to understand what needs to be done will need to be done on-premise. After that, you can work at home…if you want to. Work schedule is totally flexible. Initial work assignments will probably take 30-40 hours. If things work out, there is plenty more work down the road.

HERE IS THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

Must be totally proficient in Word and PowerPoint and have total mastery of linking tables of contents to text. Totally. We will test before hiring.

You should be highly organized- you can’t stand chaos and you feel compelled to straighten things out. You are highly focused and you like to get your work done (excessive chatter annoys you). You enjoy arranging things in the most productive order.
