Like.com is looking for a few great Flash Freelancers to help expand our online advertising efforts. This is remote job with occasional weekly meetings in our San Mateo office.

Using our patented cutting-edge technology, we are the first commercial consumer shopping site to “look inside” a photo to capture and compare product features such as color, shape and pattern, texture and much more.
Job Description
You will be responsible for creating interactive flash ad units, from concept to production. There are opportunities for more diverse and expanded responsibilities for the right person.
We are quickly ramping up our advertising, so the hours per week are unclear, but it’s expected to be close to 30+ hours a week or more.
Skills & Experience:
• Expert at Flash design and development.
• Prolific at creating variations on the theme (messaging, aspect ratio, images, calls to action).
• Excels at taking creative concepts and running with them with little supervision
• Familiar with online advertising standards.
• Experience with consumer-facing advertising a must.
• Experience with Fashion and/or e-Commerce advertising a plus
• Must have an online portfolio demonstrating your excellent skills
