Early stage start up to network real estate owners and service providers in search of a good business writer / investigative reporter to write about real estate issues and trends for web and blogs that are relevant to and engage certain readers.
Scope: Examples include:
• Best agents/brokers and service providers in certain geographic locations and specialties.
• Interview and assemble data of case studies, investigative reports on unique and intriguing cases that are of common interest to many communities to highlighting challenging issues, unusual contracts, Conflict, construction defects, etc.
• We will start with condos and evolve to homes and income properties.
For condos: Elements that make good vs bad property management and HOA relationships
• Digest of best posts, blogs, news and feedback from readers about focused topics, geographic area or niche.
Much latitude for productive creativity and resourcefulness. Due to the nature and scope of work, candidate to be SF Bay Area resident.
Qualifications:
• Positive attitude, Well organized, efficient, motivated and self starter
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good experience in investigative reporting, online editing, copywriting, and content strategy
• B A degree in related field… Degree in journalism is a plus
• Strong internet, web and IT Knowledge, including: MS Office (Word, Excel, FrontPage) and Adobe Suites (Acrobat writer)…
• Write copy for web, engaging summaries and links for ease of navigation and reference.
For the right person, it could go from a part time assignment to full time with attractive potential based on qualification and performance.
We may start with sample assignment.
