**** This is basically a work from home position with 2-3 days per week at the office as required.
**** Proven and Effective written and verbal communications skills.
**** Skilled in collecting and clarifying technical information.
**** Skilled at interviewing both Technical IT Developers and Business Systems Users (end users).
** **Skilled at organizing and translating information into clear writing documentation.
** **Skilled at reviewing and editing written documentation to improve clarity.
** Job includes possible career progression into BA fields, thus skill with Business Analysis a plus.
** Robo Help experience Required.
** Basic HTML experience.
** Microsoft Office Expertise.
** Software Development Life Cycle knowledge

Preferred Skills:
** Experience/Knowledge of Banking, ACH, Wire, Bill Payment, Payment Processing, or IVR Systems
Minimum Years of experience needed for required skills: 3-5
Minimum 4 Year degree in either English, Business, or Information Technologies
