Chicago based start up Real-Estate fund with $500,000 under management seeks assets raisers for its Notre Dame University student housing developments.
We will pay you 3-5% upfront on all assets raised + 1% annual trailer on all assets raised for as long as they remain with the fund. Must posses an existing client base to work from. We can take on cash and IRA accounts. Equity ownership in company available over time, for those that prove to be successful at raising substantial amounts of money.
We are a start up and are looking for individuals willing to work hard and grow along with our company.
Prior sales experience preferable but not required.
