SOX Consultant needed on a part-time basis to plan and perform the mid-year SOX procedures and testing for a small public company on an ongoing basis. A SOX plan is already in place and needs an independent consultant to perform and improve the process.
Estimated time is 100-150 hours that can be completed over a 4-6 month period on your own flex schedule. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
Must have recent SOX experience, CPA and understanding of all aspects of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
