Description:
We are working with our large retail client in locating an eLearning consultant for the development of product-selling eLearning courses. The project will consist of working with the internal Instructional Design team and SME*s.
Required Skills:
* Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred
* 7+ years experience in training and development including strong knowledge of adult learning principles
* 5+ years hands on Instructional Design experience with a strong focus on eLearning
* 3+ years eLearning development experience including hands on experience using development tools such as Lectora, Captivate, Articulate, ToolBook, or other similar tools.
* Retail industry experience required
Start Date: Mid January
Duration: 3 months
Location: Project can be done 100% telecommute (virtual), but consultant must be located in Eastern or Central Standard time zones.
