COMPENSATION:
• Base: $65,500 to $150,500
• Incentives: To 50% of base
• Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package
• Other: Rapid Advancement to Director

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior corporate acquisition and disposition financial advisory consulting experience or similar financial analysis work.
• At least one-year as an analyst or an internship in either a:
- (1) Wall Street investment bank (e.g. JPMorgan Chase, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P (HFF), CBRE/Melody, Eastdil Secured, ABN-Amro, Bear Stearns, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Corporate and Investment Banking),
- (2) "Top 10" financial advisory firm (e.g. The Schonbraun McCann Group LLP (SMG), FTI Consulting, Mesirow Financial, Alvarez & Marsal, Macquarie Capital, PNC Realty Investors, or Giuliani Partners), or
- (3) National FAS, TAS, or M&A Practice (e.g. KMPG, PWC, Grant Thornton, Deloitte FAS, Ernst&Young TAS, BDO Seidman, Horwath-Crowe Chizek, Harris Williams & Co.)
• Appropriate degrees and technical certifications in asset valuations and transactions, corporate finance, and accounting e.g. BS, MBA, CFA, CPA etc.
• Up to six (6) years of experience serving advisory clients within financial services, investment banking, acquisiton funding, or other large corporate environments
• Referenceable work experience with transactions in applying analytics and metrics, financial modeling, corporate and industry-specific valuations, purchase accounting, adjustments, and reporting, etc., etc.
• Ability to travel out-of-town over 50%+ and to make a significant time commitment to serving clients, sometimes on short notice
• Sound time management and organization skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable and enjoying working in a challenging business environment
• Potential to rapidly advance.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills

• This major international investment banking company is beginning a rapid expansion of its Industry Sectors, Restructuring, and Mergers & Acquisition Financial Advisory Services practices in North America, with new offices in Atlanta
• Real Estate/Corporate Acquisition/Restructuring Financial Advisory Analysts are sought at all levels; from Analyst to Managing Director
• Future needs may exist for top entry-level Finance Majors and undergrad/MBA-Finance Interns)
• Providing financial expertise in real estate, corporate mergers & acquisitions, or restructuring transactions and strategies
• Working closely with management on new business development projects
• Diversified practices include real estate and corporate acquisitions and restructuring, with financial expertise to add value to deals, products and markets through its global expertise and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seek out and analyze new real estate and corporate finance fund concepts and structure funding
• Research the various real estate sectors and related operating companies
• Assist with the preparation of business cases and presentations
• Follow internal new business approval guidelines and assist generally with the execution of deals overall
• Apply your sound financial analysis and modeling skills to determine return on funds as well as determining the financial viability of a project.
